Beyond the Art Show Tent: Tammy DeCaro runs from October 23 to December 4, 2025, at the Visual Arts Center, Main Gallery in Bonita Springs. This exhibition showcases DeCaro’s vibrant mix of 2D and 3D works—spanning fused glass, furniture, jewelry, sculpture, and wall art—that blur the line between art and everyday life. Her signature “creative chaos” style transforms ordinary materials into extraordinary pieces that inspire viewers to find beauty in daily moments.

Pareidolia by Jeanette Richards runs from October 23 to December 4, 2025, at the Visual Arts Center, Tranovich Gallery in Bonita Springs. Inspired by the human tendency to find meaning in abstract forms, Richards’ acrylic paintings blend texture, color, and intuition to evoke faces, figures, and stories hidden within layered compositions. Her work invites viewers to look closer, let their imaginations wander, and discover personal interpretations within each piece’s organic, evolving structure.

A recipient of the Pollock-Krasner Foundation Inc. grant, his highly regarded work has been exhibited at global institutions, including the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum. The Opening Reception will be held on Thursday, December 11, from 6-8 PM.

The Visual Arts Center's Tranovich Gallery hosts "Brut POP: Signal Noise for the Masses" by Walt Nichols, from December 11, 2025 – January 15, 2026. Brut POP is a powerful critique, fusing outsider art's honesty with a sharp lens on modern systems and the "algorithmic landscape," informed by Nichols's neurodivergent identity. He uses discarded materials and conceptual waste in mixed-media statements, employing chaotic black lines and vibrant colors to represent fractured data streams and digital chaos. Drawing on Dada and Neo-expressionism, the exhibit is a "protest etched in ink and paint," reclaiming societal waste to forge a defiant visual language. Join the Opening Reception on Thursday, December 11, from 6-8 PM.
