Pro-Am Orchestra – The “pros” of the Naples Philharmonic at Artis—Naples will team up with musicians from our community — the “amateurs” — in a special collaborative event that is free and open to the public on Sunday June 2nd, at 7 p.m.

Celtic Throne explores the ancient origins of Irish step dance and celebrates the millennia-long journey of a music-and-dance-loving people as they migrate from the ancient Near East to Ireland, Scotland, England and the United States. America Music – The Naples Philharmonic performs Patriotic Pops, a tribute to the music of America, at 8 p.m. May 23-24 in Hayes Hall at Artis—Naples. This special performance features vocalist Nikki Renée Daniels, the Naples Philharmonic Chorus under the direction of Jeremy T. Warner, and the Naples Philharmonic Youth Chorus under the direction of Barbara Sletto. The program conducted by Radu Paponiu is an all-American affair. Free Chamber Music – The Naples Philharmonic Community Partnerships’ Free Chamber Music Concerts series hosted by Artis—Naples features five concerts from May 29-31 throughout the city. Tickets are free but must be reserved.

Featuring Bartók’s “Bass Duos,” Hermann’s “Burleske for Three Violins in G Major, Op. 9” and “Capriccio No. 3 for Three Violins in A Major, Op. 13,” Beethoven’s “Duo No. 1 in F Major for Trumpet and Tuba,” and Goepfart’s “Woodwind Quartet in D Minor, Op. 93.”
