ALL WEEKEND

Don’t miss the final showings of Pretty Woman: The Musical at Artis—Naples. The Broadway makeover of Garry Marshall's beloved rom-com finally comes to Naples in the final leg of the show’s North American tour. Directed by Jerry Mitchell (Kinky Boots, La Cage aux Folles), the production maintains the film's Cinderella charm but adds contemporary musical flair, with a pop-rock score by Summer of ‘69 rocker Bryan Adams and his longtime songwriting partner, Jim Vallance.

This weekend is your last chance to see Art in Balance: Matisse & His Illustrated Works at the Naples Art Institute. Take a deep dive into the colorful world of groundbreaking French fauvist Henri Matisse, strolling through corridors lined with the modern master’s late-life lithographs, illustrations, paper cut-outs and photos of the Matisse-designed Chapel of the Rosary in Vence, France. With more than 140 works on display, the exhibition offers rare insight into the evolution of his visual language and enduring influence.
